5. Advertiser Terms

Advertisers must comply with platform guidelines and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad content.

6. Intellectual Property

AITube owns all rights to platform technology, branding, and tools. Users retain ownership of uploaded content, granting us a license to host and display it.
Content Safety & Protection

Content Safety & CSAE Prevention

AITube is committed to maintaining a safe platform that strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our content safety measures are integrated into our data processing and privacy practices.

Detection & Monitoring:

AI-based CSAE detection using industry-standard classifiers

Hash-matching with PhotoDNA and CSAI Match databases

Human moderation by trained Trust & Safety teams

Data Processing:

All content scanned for CSAE material before processing

Suspicious content flagged for human review

Confirmed violations reported to authorities

Legal Compliance: In accordance with applicable laws including the U.S. PROTECT Act and international CSAE standards, AITube maintains mandatory reporting obligations. All confirmed CSAE content will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant national authorities.
