How to report violations and what happens next
1. Purpose
AiTube is committed to maintaining a safe platform that strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This standard outlines our zero-tolerance policy, detection and prevention measures, and reporting obligations in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to local child protection laws, the U.S. PROTECT Act, and international CSAE standards such as INTERPOL guidelines.
2. Scope
- All user-generated content (UGC) uploaded, streamed, or shared on AiTube, including text, images, videos, audio, and AI-generated media.
- All private and public communications within AiTube (comments, DMs, live chats).
- All third-party integrations and partner content.
3. Prohibited Content
- CSAE Material — Any visual, audio, or written depiction of a minor engaged in explicit sexual activity.
- Sexualized Depictions of Minors — Including AI-generated, cartoon, or deepfake media.
- Grooming Behavior — Content or communication intended to lure, solicit, or coerce a minor into sexual activity.
- Sexualization of Child Characters — Even if fictional or stylized.
- Instructions or Guides — That promote CSAE, grooming, or exploitation.
- Links to CSAE Material — Including through file-sharing or external sites.
4. Detection & Enforcement
- Automated Detection Tools: AI-based detection using industry-standard CSAE classifiers, hash-matching (PhotoDNA, CSAI Match), and keyword pattern recognition.
- Human Moderation: Trained Trust & Safety teams review flagged content.
- Proactive Monitoring: Regular sweeps of public content and suspicious accounts.
- Rapid Response: Removal of offending material within minutes of detection.
5. Reporting Obligations
- Mandatory Reporting: All confirmed CSAE content will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant national authority.
- User Reporting Tools: Easy in-app "Report CSAE" option available on all content.
- Cooperation with Law Enforcement: Full compliance with lawful data requests.
6. User Responsibility
- Avoid uploading or sharing prohibited content.
- Immediately report suspected CSAE content.
- Not attempt to investigate or interact with potential offenders directly.
7. Consequences of Violation
- Immediate and permanent account suspension.
- Permanent content removal.
- Reporting to law enforcement agencies.
- Potential legal action under applicable laws.
8. AI System Safeguards
- CSAE Prevention Filters applied to all AI models.
- Training Data Screening to exclude CSAE content from AI learning.
- No Minor Sexualization Rules in prompt handling.
9. Continuous Improvement
- Review and update CSAE detection models regularly.
- Conduct moderator training every 6 months.
- Participate in cross-industry CSAE prevention initiatives.
